We arrived yesterday in NYC, without delay. Even though I got randomly screened at immigration and had to wait for two hours, it felt good to be back.

Yikes two hours?!? Sorry to hear that, my friend. Glad the pleasure of returning was enough to overcome the hassle and annoyance of random Customs (or was it TSA?) screenings, though!
